My Easter started early by going to see Lady Gaga perform live, was nothing quite short of amazing! She was so great live, sounded exactly how she does on her CD's, interesting dances and costumes and storylines.
The next day the new boyfriend (Matt) had to meet ALL my family for our Easter catch up. There was about twenty of us, they all came to my house and then we went and hired two pontoons and took them out on the river for a few hours. Well, apart from my fourteen year old cousin cracking onto him the whole time, I think it went ok! Well he hasn't ran away-yet!
Yesterday we went and had drinks at a friends place, then to another friends place for more drinks, and off to a bar/restuarant for dinner. We were all quite tipsy by the time we got there. We all had a great time but managed to get kicked out by ten! I've never been kicked out of a restuarant before! One of the boys was especially drunk and fell off his chair, I think thats when the bouncers decided enough was enough.
Today is Easter Sunday, I got a gorgeous Easter Egg from Matt, Forerro Roche's wrapped in pink and purple gift wrap, arranged to look like flowers in a pot! Prettiest egg I've ever seen! Now I'm off to Chinese for lunch and an Easter Egg hunt at Matt's place! Woo

April Fool!
April fools day. Be carefull who you fool. Some people, don't take being made a fool of too lightly!
So I was driving to work and realised the date was April the 1st, and I had to quickly think of some pranks to pull! Well, telling the new boyfriend I was pregnant crossed my mind, but everyone does that one! I had to think of something new and original he wouldn't expect, something he would be really excited about.
I told him I won a VE Clubsport in a raffle. He was VERY excited about this since it is his dream car, he even thought about what colour I should get and whether to get it in manual or auto lol. He was quite dissapointed when he found out I was joking...
I then messaged about 10 of my friends and told them that I had spotted Lady Gaga at the fuel station near my house. (everyone was on Lady Gaga overload since she was in Perth for those few days) Even though it was VERY unlikely she would be anywhere near where I live since it's about an hour away from where she would be staying and perfoming that night.
Needless to say when I looked at my phone a few hours later on my lunchbreak I had 11 messages on my phone and my facebook had about 16 new notifications.. I kept them all going till lunch time when I put on facebook, "April fools!! Sorry guys, didnt expect anyone to actually believe me!"
Well, one of my friends didnt get that message. She had called up the local radio station and announced on air that Lady Gaga was filling up her car in my lovely home town! When she found out it was a trick it was all tears and and accusations of, 'what kind of a friend would do that.?' etc. argh.
So now I'm in the badbooks. Oh well, now I know who I wont be pranking next year.
